Why hire a (real) professional photographer when your digital point-and-shoot does such a good job in the hands of a non-pro?

Equipment, equipment, equipment. And experience.

A digital point-and-shoot might get you a decent 8x10 print, or a marginal 11x14, but our professional camera/lens will go up to wall-size if necessary... but would do a very nice 20x24 for most situations.

And if it was a large group portrait, faces in the point-and-shoot 8x10 print might be a bit blurry, color not quite true (bright red sweaters looking purple-ish for example), whereas ours would look sharp and true even under a microscope.

However, you must pick a REAL pro. Most home-based and studio-based professionals today, uses "professional"-looking but nonetheless entry-level digtial SLR and lenses. They will do a decent 11x14, but not much more.

Outdoor Portrait Package
Usually done at Theta Pond, basic fill light only.
Customers view results on the Internet, and buy prints individually.
Price $100 (per hour), but customer gets $100 store credit to buy prints from the shoot for up to one year

On-Site Portrait Package
With few exceptions, it can be done anywhere you like, indoor or outdoor, with groups of up to 120 indoor, and even larger number outdoor.
One sitting, with the benefits of portable studio lightings and/or backdrops.
We will even do the individual mailing of the photos.
Price $199-plus (depending on the situation)

On-Site Organization Head Shot Package
Up to two hour of professional photographer time and 60 head shots.
Wide range of portable portrait lightings and backdrops.
Two CD's each containing one set of professionally-edited images for Print and one for Web/Email use, or two copies of 4x6’s for each head shot.
Enlargements up to 13x19 available upon request.
Price $399, each additional hour $199, each additional 4x6 $3

Event Package
Up to one hour of professional photographer time.
Two CD's each containing digital images of the event, capable of printing 4x6's at most local photo processors or for web/email use.
Enlargements up to 13x19 available upon request.
Price $149, additional hour $75
